The MTC is fantastic. I have two companions, Elder Beckett and Elder Nelson. There are 15 Elders going to Paraguay Asuncion that are here, 7 of which are in our district. We also have 4 elders who are going to Argentina. And yes, the Spanish is going fantastic, all the stuff that we have learned so far i have memorized, and i am starting to be able to speak more and more. Right now i can say prayers, contact people, introduce myself, and my companions, bear my testimony, say the purpose, and share a message all in Spanish.. I’ve probably memorized about 200 words since I’ve been here. Also my teachers names are Hermano Kress, and Hermana Lakip. They are both fantastic teachers. We taught our lesson for the first time yesterday, and it went really good, our companionship is really good at working in unity, and did really well. We still have a lot to work on of course, but we are learning a lot every day. Sometimes all the studying gets a little overwhelming, and people in the district just talk instead of studying, but our companionship has done really well at just leaving, and getting work done. We know that unless we put forth all of our effort, then we are not going to be able to learn the language.

Well I've got 2 more weeks till i leave on my mission now. With time running short, I decided to go up to Logan and visit some friends up there in case i don't get to see some of them again. I went over to Phil and Tim's apartment and hung out there for a while. Then Jessica Sorensen and Taylor Anderson came over and we decided to go over to the park. We threw a frisbee around for a little while, and then we resorted to playing sand volleyball. We started out with me, Phil, and Tim against Taylor and Jessica.... which was kind of a one sided game, until some people came over and asked if they could join us in our game. Since they had 5 people, we decided we could play us 5 against all of them. We had a great time, and in the middle of the game Taylor realized that the shirt i was wearing was almost the exact same color as the pole of the volleyball net. We then parted our ways after it got too dark to play anymore, and me, Phil, and Tim went to Wendy's and then back to their apartment. We then went next door, and watched the last half of Cinderella Man, and then went back and played half a game of hearts (which i won of course) and then me and phil watched a couple episodes of Arrested Development, and then The Office. Now i'm back home with nothing to do... but it was awesome being able to see some of the friends from Utah State again.
